|This is the third sous vide I have had. The first in September 2012was a demi and showed signs of corrosion very soon after I received it .which got worse and Lakeland replaced it last July. The first in September 2012was a demi and showed signs of corrosion very soon after I received it .which got worse and Lakeland replaced it last July. The second also showed signs of corrosion very soon and they refunded my money. I had already decided to move on to the Supreme as a friend of mine living in the same hard water area has had no trouble. My new one arrived on Wednesday and is already in use. I am very happy with my Sous vide and use it 4/5 times a week at least. My husband has a problem with chewing and swallowing and finds that food cooked in the sousvide is so much easier to manage, Apart from which the flavour and texture are superb. I hope that my new one will come up to expectations. I have been very pleased with the efficiency and helpful attitude of everyone I have dealt with in connection with my queries and supplies .|
