excellent book, I'm finding it very useful.
I am still working my way through the book but from what I have seen so far it is a great book with great recipes.

And excellent book using English units.
Water bath is excellent - package let down by the sealer - used less than 20 times before the heating element stayed permanently on - unfortunately at just over 12 months old.
Beautiful book written for the UK audience so I didn't need to convert any of the measurements. The recipes are also more geared towards the UK palette. I also like the fact that it's self-published.
