Beautiful and informative book
Have not yet had a chance to try it as my vacuum machine has broken and am saving up for a better one. I was unable to replace the faulty machine as I had not bought it directly from sousvide
An excellent book full of exciting recipes but a little too advanced for me, as I still have my 'L' plates on I was looking for something a little more basic!!!
