Don’t despair if you have leftover lamb! In fact, we often buy a little more than needed so that we can turn it into other meals.
One of our favourites is this recipe for the British classic, Shepherd’s Pie – it couldn’t be easier to prepare, but still delivers a delicious meal for you to enjoy!
- Dice up any leftover lamb and finely chop the onion and clove of garlic.
- Gently fry the onion and garlic together so that they soften, then add the lamb, tomato puree and stock. Cook out slowly for around 20 minutes and spoon into a baking dish.
- Top with the mashed potato and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
This dish is perfect for your left over Sous Vide Spring Lamb!
